PrestoTMS is a transaction management software platform (the “Service”) provided by Truelux Marketing, LLC (“Truelux,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

Uploaded documents and chat content may include confidential information. We implement reasonable safeguards, but no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for:

Ensuring you have rights to upload and share content

Managing workspace access and permissions

We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion subject to legal, security, and operational constraints, including backup retention.
